Interim notice

Our full privacy policy is with counsel and publishes before public launch. In the meantime, here is what actually happens to your data — stated plainly rather than left blank.

We collect what an enquiry or a booking requires: your name, your contact details, your stay dates and your party. We pass that to the property you are enquiring about, because the property is who answers you. We do not sell it and we do not share it with anyone else for marketing.

We do not store card numbers. There is no payment gateway on this site; payment is settled with the property directly.

Cookies used by this site are described on our cookie policy page. If you want your data corrected or deleted, write to us and we will do it.

How we protect it

Traffic to this site is encrypted in transit. Access to your booking is limited to the property you booked with and to the staff who operate the platform, scoped to that property so no other business can read it. Identity documents collected at online check-in are encrypted at rest and redacted on a schedule after your stay.
