Terms of Service

Interim notice

Our full terms of service are with counsel and publish before public launch. We would rather say that plainly than put a generic template here.

Version 2026-09-19. Your booking records the version in force when you accepted it.

Until they publish, every stay booked or enquired about through DhiTrips is governed by the terms of the individual property — its rates, its cancellation policy and its house rules, shown to you before you send an enquiry or confirm a booking.

DhiTrips is not the merchant of record for a stay. We do not take card payments on the platform; you settle directly with the property. Where we act, we act as the operator of the software and the directory, not as a party to your accommodation contract.

If you need the contractual position in writing before then — an agency, a property or an investor conducting diligence — write to us and we will answer specifically.

Refunds

DhiTrips takes no card payment, so a refund is made by the property that took your money, by the method you paid it — cash or card at the property, or bank transfer. What is refundable is set by the rate plan's cancellation terms, which are shown to you before you confirm; a non-refundable rate is labelled as one before you book.

What you receive, and when

Nothing is shipped. A confirmation email and a downloadable voucher are issued as soon as your booking is confirmed, and the stay itself is delivered by the property from your check-in date. A transfer or activity you request is provided once the property confirms it.

Import duties and customs

Not applicable. DhiTrips sells accommodation and travel services, not goods, so no import or export restriction, duty or customs charge arises from a booking.

Keep a copy of your booking confirmation and of the cancellation terms that applied when you booked. Yourconfirmation email and your trip page both carry them.
